This extensive renovation included a new deck, carport, access to the residence, and retaining works. The extreme grade of the site coupled with onerous planning controls made this job a challenge, but the results are beautiful.

The rugged textures of the building materials – hardwood decking and sandstone blocks – against the clean lines of giant Bromeliads and softer-textured native grasses such as Lomandra creates a structured but organic feel.
